Aughrim Sheep Breeders will hold their Annual Sale on Friday, September 4th in Carnew Mart.
Due to current circumstances there will be no Show aspect to the day. Sheep will be penned and sold in the usual Class format.

Church Website and Webcam Launch
The website for Aughrim Parish is now live and can now be accessed at the address www.aughrimparish.com.
The church webcam will be accessible from the parish website. The parish pastoral council of the Church of the Most Sacred Heart would like to thank all those who have made a donation to our fundraiser for the parish website and church webcam, and to remind those who would still like to make a donation that donation forms are available at the rear of the church and can be returned with your donation to any member of the parish pastoral council.
The Remembrance Quilt which has been created in 2019 by local parents in memory of their precious babies who died at or around the time of birth is currently on display at the Church of the Most Sacred Heart in Aughrim. Call in to take a look, say a prayer of reflection, or perhaps to light a candle in their memory.
The numbers 1, 2, 5, and 19 were drawn in this weeks Aughrim Sports club lotto on Monday August 3rd The jackpot was not won. There were two match three winners: Liam Keenan, Snr and Mary Murray. The jackpot is €3150. People now have the facility to do the Aughrim Sports Club lotto online. Just go to Aughrim Sports club lotto and take it from there. The weekly lotto supports Aughrim Camogie Club, Aughrim GAA club, Aughrim Rangers Soccer club and Aughrim sports complex. People who support the weekly lotto are lending support to the local sports clubs who are very much part of the community.

While we have all been enjoying the recent relaxation of some of the restrictions of late.
