Carnew Emmets G.A.A. Hurling & Football Summer Camp with Camp Co-Oridinator Conor Daly GPO (Games Promotion Officer) will take place from Thursday the 13th to Saturday the 15th of August, 2020from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm daily – Open to all Boys and Girls (Members and Non Members) aged 6 – 13 years – €40 Per Child, €35 Second Child and €30 for Third Child and any subsequent child.

The Committee and Staff of Carnew Community Care extend sincere thanks to all who kindly supported and participated in a Fundraising event recently in aid of Carnew Community Care.
The event was organised by Carnew Emmets GAA Club and a special thanks goes to Pádraig Doran and Michael Rock for their involvement in setting up the event.
The fundraiser was a massive success and the generosity of the local people, businesses and local GAA Clubs is testament to the level of support which Carnew Community Care receives.
The total amount raised was an amazing €15,244.42. Rest assured that the funds raised will be used to enable Carnew Community Care to continue to provide a wide range of services for the people in the local area.

Calling all knitters, we know it’s a bit early to start talking about Christmas, but we need your help again, such was the success of our family Christmas tree last year , we plan to create another one this year and sell hats for people to place on their own trees at home in honour of all the children who have come into our lives.

Items are still being collected for premature babies for Crumlin and The Coombe Hospitals and I’m sure when this pandemic is over they will be in very low supply , so if you would like to knit or crochet baby cardigans, hats, mits, blankets 12”x18” to wrap babies in, 20”x24” for cots, 24”x34” , large squares for the missionary priests ( they don’t have to be sewn up).
They can be dropped to the Community Care , all items would be greatly appreciated.
