Country Market

The Aughrim town and Country Market is on every Saturday from 10-2pm in the Pavilion, Rednagh rd. Organic vegetables, gorgeous cakes, yummy biscuits, delicious bread, savory pastries, fresh eggs are among the produce available. Also a good range of crafts such as beaded jewellery, wood turning, hand made cards, recycled bags and patchwork quilts handcrafted by local residents.

It is essential everyone wears masks and social distancing is adhered to.

Come along for a take away coffee and get some early Christmas shopping done.

Rednagh Annacurra Pure Mile
I remember walking the Rednagh Annacurra Pure Mile the first year they joined the Pure Mile Project and being disgusted by all of the litter and dumping. Because of their dedication and weekly litter picks they have totally transformed the area, both improving and enhancing the many miles they have adopted. I cannot imagine what the county would like without all of the Pure Mile Volunteers.
