Roadworks on Rathdown Road,  R762,  are continuing.

Resurfacing works will begin on Monday,  5 October, 2020.

They are expected to last for two weeks,  weather permitting.

  • Basic precautions,  take photographs,  record make/model, security marking,  insurance.
  • Security at home,  secure out of view,  lock in shed to immovable object.
  • Security in public places,  always lock,  lock wheels and frame,  take accessories.
  • Locking your bike,  D locks/U locks,  cable locks, chain and padlock.

Whale Theatre|The Visual Story of Ireland with Rosemarie Devereux

Course of 6 lectures,  €100.  Individual lecture,  €20.

Maximum of 30 per class.  New policies and procedures will be in place.

Greystones resident Rosemarie Devereux holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from UCD.

She has been involved with the National Gallery of Ireland and UCD art courses.

Rosemarie has run her art history courses at the NGI and is on its tour guide panel.

Rosemarie now brings her two courses to the Whale Theatre.

The Visual Story of Ireland begins on 7 October 2020.

The Story of Europe|Painting History begins on 29 October 2020.

Emma Langford Trio|Sowing Acorns|Live Album Launch Tour

Emma Langford is joined by Arkansas’ Alec Brown on cello.

And Ray Yrure on percussion,  for an intimate sharing of her highly acclaimed new album.

Sowing acorns is a collection of 13 warm and reflective songs.

Emma is not only a unique voice in the international music scene.

She is also a proud vocal advocate for social justice and equality.

While in lockdown at home in Limerick,  she dedicated her time to various charities.

She helped them by raising funds and awareness of their activities.

Hot Spot Music Club|Niamh Strong Sings Eva Cassidy

Upstairs @The Beach House,  Greystones Harbour Marina.

Born into one of Ireland’s musical dynasties,  Niamh Strong has been singing since age 9.

She put her musical career on hold,  trained as a nurse and has been raising her son.

She has travelled the world with her brother,  Andrew Strong, and gained wealth of experience.

She has appeared at festivals in Europe,  USA and Canada.

Niamh is now fulfilling her own dream to become a solo artist.

She now feels the time is right,  come along to see and hear for yourself !!
