Christmas Tree Shredding 2021 Continues to 16 January

South Beach Car Park near Bottle Banks   9 am to 6 pm Daily

Lidl Car Park Blacklion                            9 am to 6 pm Daily

Bring your Christmas tree along,  it will be shredded,  composted and used again !!

No wreaths,  plastic trees or decorations,  please.

Richard Burnell,  Holyhead Santa,  Honoured in New Year’s Honours List

Richard Burnell,  our good Holyhead friend,  is a loyal Greystones Twinning Supporter.

Richard is well known to us as the Holyhead Santa.

He has visited us here many times.

Queen Elizabeth honoured Richard in her New Year’s List 2021.

He received the British Empire Medal (BEM).

The medal us for Richard’s services to young people.

And to the community in Holyhead Anglesey.

Congratulations to you,  Richard !!

Greystones Family Resource Centre Focus on Domestic Violence

New Outreach Clinic with Bray Women’s Refuge will run once a month in Greystones FRC.

Additionally,  Bray Women’s Refuge offers a number of supports to Greystones community.

  • 24 hour,  seven day,  Helpline:  01.2866163.
  • Safety Planning.
  • Outreach Services.
  • Court Accompaniment.

Please ring 01.2866163 to attend the Clinic.

Greystones FRC offers a listening ear to those affected by Domestic Violence.
