BIRTH
Congratulations to Daniel and Jennifer Egan, Ballisland on the birth of their son.


BINGO
The next drive in bingo is on Sunday 11th July at 2pm in the GAA grounds.


GAA LOTTO
The GAA lotto was not won, numbers were 13,24,26,32, lucky dips were Toni Doran and Paula Hall, the next draw is5th July and the jackpot is €8,400, tickets can be bought on line or in any of the local shops.

SYMPATHY
Sincere sympathy is extended to the family and relatives of Stephanie Moynagh, Gorey who died during the week.

THE POP UP CHARITY SHOP
Carnew Community Care Pop up Shop on the Main Street has reopen on Friday 4th June at 9am. We look forward to welcoming all our customers back (Covid 19 restrictions are still in place), we are now taking in donations of clothing and items for the shop, unfortunately we cannot take in donations of pillows, duvets, toys or electrical goods.

Please ring Kathleen beforehand to organise a time to drop off your items on 0539426510. Unfortunately we cannot accept donations without calling in advance.


TRUCK TRACTOR CAR RUN
A tractor, truck and car run will be held on Sunday 4th July at 3pmfrom Tinahely Riding club, Y14 DA09, entry fee is €20, contact Gavin 0874154899 or Joseph 0879643471, all proceeds are going towards John The Hat O’Keeffe.


RECYCLING
Recycling takes place every Saturday morning in Colaiste Bhride Carnew from 10am – 11.15am, all card board,  news papers, plastic bottles, milk cans, plastic 1-5, cans and tins accepted.

SPLIT THE POT
The lucky winner of our split the pot draw for Scoil Aodan Naofa Carnew who won €300 was Emily Kinsella.Congratulations.

The winner of our seller’s draw who won a €10 voucher for Victors was Cathal Faulker and the lucky dip winner was Kathleen Molloy. Congratulations to all our winners.
