The next intake for body transformation programme Project Man closes in just four days on Monday 5th July.
Project Man 4.0 is the fourth iteration of Tiernan Dillon’s eight-week online fitness and diet programme, designed specifically for men that want to “lose two stone.”
“You don’t need to be fit before coming to Project Man – you just need to be willing – willing to learn, willing to take instruction and willing to put your hand up to ask questions,” Tiernan said.
The programme involves working with Tiernan to change your diet and implementing a fitness routine that will suit you.
“The process is different for each person – some people will be doing training three times a week, others will be starting off small with walking and diet tuning.
“Food is the main focus for the programme. You can train and run all you want, but if you’re diet is not right, forget about it – nothing is going to change.”
Not only does the programme guide you with a specific diet and training plan, Project Man includes a Facebook support group where many tips, tricks and recipes are posted to fit your diet.
Created as a space for men to support each other and learn life long skills for staying in shape, Tiernan was inspired to set up Project Man when he found many weight loss programmes and communities catered towards women, but none designed with men in mind.
“Although the principle of fat loss is the same for men and women, I felt it was important for men to have a space they could work in,” Tiernan said.
“For a lot of guys, weight loss is one thing, but what I keep hearing from my clients is how this program has helped them mentally.”

Project Man is not just about weight-loss according to Tiernan. The training programme also focuses and promotes the powerful knock-on effects that it can have on men when they lose weight and meet their target goals.
“It can give a man renewed confidence; he is walking differently, talking differently, he has more energy for the kids, he is more productive in work, his love life starts to improve.
“Its such a powerful thing to get a handle on your physical self through nutrition and movement. I really love what I do and I’m on a mission to empower as many men as possible with these tools that will keep them in shape for life.”
