COOLAFANCY DRAW
A sincere thank you to everyone who supported the annual draw last Sunday which was held after the patron mass, winners were 1st €300 Conor Clinton, 2nd €150 Bridget Hayde, 3rd €75 Liam Keating, Castlebridge, 4th €30 Susan and Jim OSullivan, sellers prize Thomas Gregan.

PATRON
Coolfancy patron mass was held on 1st August at 2pm and can be viewed by going to Facebook in search put Coolfancy parish and the mass will be there just click to view it.
Tomacork was 8th and in search put Carnew Tomacork parish, Shillelagh will be the 15th., drive in only, Please visit your graves and light a candle afterwards, stay safe everyone.

Happy 60th wedding anniversary to Pat and Helen O Connor, Croneyhorn.
GAA LOTTO
Carnew GAA lotto was not won numbers were 20,24.25,31. Lucky dips were Paudie McGing, Eoin and Boris Ivanoff, the next draw is 16th August at 9pm , tickets can be bought on line or in any of the local shops. The jackpot is €8,700.
COMMUNITY TEXT ALERT
Carnew Garda are setting up a Text Alert scheme in the area, local representatives will be calling to all the houses in the area and forms can be returned to them or to your local Garda station, Carnew Enterprise Centre or Victor Young News Agents with €10 to join.

The next drive in bingo in Carnew is Sunday 22nd August at 2pm in the GAA grounds all welcome.
