Carnew notes week September 20th

Carnew GAA lotto was not won numbers were 6,11,14,28, lucky dips were Sarah Skelton and Majella McGing, the next draw is 27th September and the jackpot is €9,000. Tickets can bought on line or in any of the local shops. Thanks to everyone for their support.

The next drive in bingo in Carnew is on Sunday 26th September at 2pmin the GAA grounds, please note change of date.

Please note that from the weekend of 4th & 5th September that mass times will be as follows Saturday’s Coolfancy 5.30pm, Shillelagh 6.30pm, Carnew 7.30pm. Sunday’s Tomacork 9am, Coolfancy 10am, Carnew 11am.

The Garda in Carnew are setting up a text alert in the area, forms have been given out to most houses and if you are interested in joining  please return the form by the weekend to the Garda Station or Victor Young’s, it is hoped to have it up and running by the end of the month , if you did not receive a form and would like to join then forms can be got from the Garda Barracks, Victor Youngs or the Post Office.

The lucky winner of Scoil Aodan Naofa Carnew split the pot draw who won €247 was John Collins. Congratulations John.

The seller’s price was won by Tom O’Brien and the lucky dip was won by Joshua Kenny.. Congratulations to all winners.
