Annacurra notes week October 25th

Gaa

Last weekend was very busy for the club.

On Thursday night the Juniors completed their group in the championship and after a good victory, they have now secured their spot in the semifinals.
On Sunday the intermediate team had a relegation match against Laragh and unfortunately they went down by one point. This result now means we must win our last match to keep our intermediate status.

Also on Sunday the intermediate camogy team played the county final but Carnew were just a little too strong.

The highlight of the weekend was on Saturday when our under 15 team won the A championship. This is a marvellous achievement for our small club. Great credit is due to the commitment of players and coaches.
