The Fernhill House and surrounding lands off the Dublin road between Wicklow town and Rathnew has gone on the market.
Commercial and residential estate agents REA Forkin have listed the site on the open market with a guiding price at €2 million.
The property, which is approximately 7.8 acres / 3.16 hectares, enjoys circa 180 metres of frontage on to the main Dublin Road, the R750.
It’s currently zoned under CE, which allows the site to be developed for community, educational and institutional facilities.
However, the estate agents say “there is very good potential to re-zone the lands in the future”.
