Gardai in Arklow sealed off an area on the Main Street this morning to allow for a Technical examination following the death of a man.
It is understood the man suffered injuries following a fall in his apartment on Sunday and was taken to hospital.
The man later died after being discharged from hospital.
Investigations are continuing.
