Bray seafront site with planning for 92 apartments on market for €6.75m

A site located along the Bray seafront with full planning permission for 92 apartments has been placed on the market.

The site, which sits next to the Old Bray Hotel on the Strand Road, has been brought to market by agents CBRE with a guiding price of €6.75 million.

Zoned as SF-Bray Seafront, it is described under the Wicklow County Council Development Plan 2016-2022 as to “provide for the development and improvement of appropriate seafront uses” .

Comprising of 1.47 acres, planning permission includes the development of 11 three-bed apartments, along with 60 two-bed apartments and 21 one-bed apartments.

There is also the provision of 2,120sq m of commercial space.
