A woman in her 50s sustained a leg injury after she slipped while out walking at Glen Beach Cliff Walk, on the outskirts of Wicklow Town.
The Dublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team, along with Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue, were called to assist in the incident which took place on 23 February.
It is understood the 57-year-old woman had slipped on uneven muddy ground and sustained an injury to her left ankle.
The woman suffered no other injuries but was cold.
After being assessed, she was brought by stretcher to paramedics from the National Ambulance Service who were waiting nearby in the carpark of Wicklow Golf Club.
The incident, which was the 15th call out so far this year, was stood 4:36pm after lasting a total of two hours and two minutes.
