Public Lecture: You Are As Young As You Feel
Professor Rose Anne Kenny is an award winning physician and researcher.
She recently led a public lecture which covered a wide variety of issues.
- Why do some people have a lower biological age than chronological age ??
- Role play by food, genetics, sex, physical exercise, cold water, friendships + more.
- Why do some of us live longer than others ??
- Why do we live twice as long today as our ancestors did 200 years ago ??
- Can the latest science teach us to live longer lives.
- And to live fitter, healthier and happier lives, deep into our later years.
You can hear and see it all on the link below.
Why not give it a try ??

Please send them to Frances, frannerb2@gmail.com, no later than 12 April 2022 at 5 pm.
