The Dublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were called to an incident involving a teenager on Thursday.
It’s believed a teenager fell off his mountain bike while out at a local bike trail in Belmont Demesne, Greystones.
“At 16:13hrs, Dublin / Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were tasked by the National Ambulance Service to a report of a teenager who fell from his mountain bike while out on a local bike trail,” said a spokesperson.
The callout, which is the team’s 24th so far this year, lasted for just 40 minutes until they were stood down.
