Reshoots of Disney movie Disenchanted will reportedly take place in the UK and US following a mixed response from a test audience.
The sequel of the original 2007 movie, which features Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey, was filmed last year in a number of locations in Ireland, the majority of which took place in Enniskerry.
However, Breaking News report scenes will be reshot in the Buckinghamshire village of Hambleden in the UK and also in New York following a mixed response from a test screening.
The UK village has been transformed into a fairytale village, similar to the set which was created in Enniskerry.
It’s unclear how many scenes need to be reshot and whether it would delay the film’s release date.
Disenchanted’s production in Ireland was made up of a 98 per cent Irish crew, which represented over 1,000 jobs.
Figures previously released by Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland show the movie helped International production activity in Ireland grow by 45 per cent last year.
