AVOCA TIDY TOWNS
Thanks to all our volunteers who have been busy picking litter on the approach roads to the Village. Also the Volunteer who has ensured that the Red Kite Walk is trimmed back prior to the nesting season.
The hedgerows and ditches have an abundance of wild flowers this year following our new policy of non use of pesticides and weed killer.
Our CE workers are also busy weeding and will begin painting the council building in station road in the new week.
It is also planned to power wash the bridge shortly.
