The Kildare and Wicklow Education Training Board has announced a brand new free programme aimed at improving a person’s wellness.
We’re all more aware these days of how important it is to mind ourselves, and this programme, which will be six weeks in length covers six key areas of wellness.
They are Emotional Wellbeing, Nutrition by leaning how to eat well and on a budget, Digital which will teach you how to stay connected by learning how to use apps, Physical by introducing participants to daily exercise, Financial by providing money-management skills and finally Cultural education.
The course will take place over the months of May and June and are available free of charge to eligible particpants.
Those interested are asked to contact their local KWETB branch, which are located in Arklow, Carnew, Blessington, Baltinglass, Bray and Wicklow Town.
