A woman was assisted by Mountain Rescue personnel after she suffered an injury to her arm on the Brockaghs.
The Dublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were tasked by An Garda Síochána to a report of a female who had sustained a suspected arm dislocation.
During a phone conversation with the Mountain Rescue she explained that she had re-assessed her injury as she had medical training and was happy to make her own way back to her car accompanied by her companion.
When she arrived back to her vehicle she was assessed by waiting Mountain Rescue Medics.
The callout was stood down just under an hour later.
