Electricity customers in Aughrim this morning may experience a power outage due to planned maintenance today.
The ESB has said works are being carried out on the Kilmagig line – and began around 9:30am this morning.
The electricity provider said they estimate affected customers in the area to have their power restored by 5pm this evening.
“We apologise for the loss of supply. We are carrying out essential improvement / maintenance works in your area and will restore power as quickly as possible,” said a spokesperson.
