Train services return to normal following day of chaos

Train services have returned to normal following a day of chaos in Bray.

Services were suspended this afternoon when passengers got frustrated after waiting up to an hour in carriages north of Daly station.

As a result passengers opened the doors and walked along the tracks at which point all services were suspended.

Passengers took to Social Media saying “Absolute disgrace on the DART today. No air con, people having panic attacks. No windows to open. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“What a joke! Have to strip my 2 toddlers off to their nappy because they are soaked in sweat, 23 degrees outside, god knows what it is on the train. We’re stuck on the dart outside Bray the last 30 mins.”

“After being stuck in a boiling hot dart for 30 minutes we had no choice but to get off. Conductor wanted us to stay on! Disgusting.”
