Well done to the brave souls who completed the Family Cycle last Sunday, pity about the weather. The cookie crumbles the way the cookie crumbles!! Thanks to all who helped out especially the Starsky Cycling Crew crew who were as professional as usual and a special mention to Kazik, his passion, energy and enthusiasm for cycling is infectious. Very encouraging to witness.
Thanks also to all the stewards who manned some of the junctions along the route and the helpers back in the pitch. Horrendous conditions, but such is life.
Shout out to Blessington & District Credit Union for kindly sponsoring the event. And fair play to Steven Matthews TD for making his way out all the way from Bray to check up on our progress and to take in the exercise!! Fair Play.
