R747 between Augrim and Woodenbridge reopens

Following lengthy roadworks between Aughrim and the Woodenbridge on the R747 the road reopened on Friday evening.

The section of road closed on the 25th of September and was due to reopen at the end of October, work was extended for an extra week.

Later this month works are due to take place at Ballymorris Upper.
