“The Goose is back in the Valley”

The Kirikee hall committee in Glenmalure are offering you the chance to win a variety of Christmas gifts, while at the same time helping raise funds for the Community Hall in Kirikee.

Committee member Shelly Healy added:

“We are holding a Monster Goose Club and we want it to be bigger and better than ever so we need your bums on seats. It’s running in Kirikee Hall on Sunday 11th December at 3pm
This is an event that’s brilliant for all the family.

With ticket sales starting at 10 cent and will never be any more than 50 cent per ticket – can you imagine you could win your entire Christmas Dinner for less than 50 cent.
So clear out all your pockets, tuck your hand down behind the sofa for that loose change and empty the kids piggy banks it’s a day you won’t want to miss.

Also we will be calling to homes and businesses around the local area to look for donations for the Goose Club.

We would love to keep donations to Christmas Fayre as much as possible.

There will also be a trolly available in Centra (Rathdrum) nearer the time to pop a donation in when you see it.

As you know it’s now more than ever we need your support for Kirikee Hall. The hall is in significant disrepair and needs a great deal of work done on it to get it back up to a standard to invite groups and organisations to start using it again.

We would love to see sports clubs using it again for winter training and fitness as well as card games and dances happening again.

The kids need a hub in the area for a social outlet like a youth club, drama, dancing and music lessons.
The list is endless for the potential for the hall so please if you can show your support.

Our Go Fund Me page is still up and running too. So if you can contribute to the cause it would be amazing.

Kirikee Hall is the community’s Hall so it’s up to us to ensure we don’t loose it and keep it up to standard

Thanks a million to those that have supported so far you’ve been brilliant and we really appreciate it.”
