Laragh Glendalogh notes week December 19th

Brockagh Resource Centre

The Brockagh Resource Centre wishes to thank everyone who has supported us throughout the year. This year we also welcomed our new manager, Storm Pyper O’Neill who has been a great addition to our team.

We have had an eventful year, connecting with our regular clients again and establishing new connections from all different sectors. Some new developments to our organisation in 2022 which will be beginning or continued into 2023:

Brockagh Digital Hub was launched this year, providing a modern, shared workspace with high speed broadband connectivity.

Bright Stars toddler playground got new funding which allowed it to be relaunched acquiring new toys, equipment and activities creating an inclusive and vibrant experience for families to connect.

Our catering enterprise has connected with local food suppliers providing delicious, fresh produce for group lunches and events.

Brockagh Resource Centre is now a programme centre for Rainbows, supporting children with bereavement and parental separation.

Crafty Crafters group created a shared workspace for anyone who enjoys crafts and is looking for a social outlet during winter while learning crafting skills from each other.(Back for another 4 weeks in February).

Early next year we will be launching our new website and logo across our online platforms to enhance user experience.

A special thank you to our dedicated staff, who are always ready to greet and help customers, also to our board of management for volunteering their time all year round.

We wish you all and your families a very happy, peaceful and joyous 2023. The Centre will close on Mon 20th December at 2pm and will re-open at 9 am on Wed 4th January 2023.
