Our purpose-built veterinary hospital offers a large range of medical, surgical and diagnostic treatment  combining state-of-the-art technology with experience and compassion to ensure the highest level of care for your pets. The Farm and Equine side of the practice continues to grow having recently taken on additional clients.

All of our registered clients can avail of online bookings aswell as emergency 24 hour service. We have a wide range of retail products available in clinic and online including food, toys accessories and our recently introduced memopet range of collars and harnesses (fitbits for dogs!).

Starting out on his veterinary career back in 1990, Denis Doyle was based in Church Street, Wicklow town along with Finbarr O’Sullivan.  Vet, Shane Fagan joined the practice in 2006 becoming a partner in 2007. Luckily at the time, Denis had the foresight to realise the growing potential of the pet side of Veterinary practice and work commenced on the Ark House building in 2006.

Over the past 15 years, the demand for our services has grown and our team with that. Along with Denis and Shane, Simon O Connor and Gerard Warde bring the number of vets on site to 4. Our dedicated reception team is headed up by Mary Philips, supported by Thomas O’Neill. Mary is the first point of contact with our clients and a familiar face to many of our long standing customers.  Christine Dobbs and Aoife O ‘Reilly, our veterinary nurses provide full support to the vets in the care of your animals.

There is a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes ensuring that the practice runs smoothly. Valerie Keating our practice manager keeps all the cogs running smoothly so it is no surprise that she has just won an IVC Evidensia award in the ‘We Dare’ category for her ability to innovate and encourage entrepreneurial thinking aswell as identifying opportunities to succeed in a changing world.

Orla Patterson assists Valerie in the day to day running of the clinic whilst Fiona O’Reilly looks after accounts. We are glad to say that many of the existing staff are here for a considerable time providing a continuity of service for our clients and their animals.

We are very grateful to all of our team for their continued service, our local suppliers and of course our loyal clients. We look forward to the next 15 years of providing quality care for your animals.
