Wicklow woman has unveiled North Pole Mapping Agency

North pole Mapping agency

Local entrepreneur Helen Keegan from Kiltegan in Co.Wicklow has launched her business earlier this year. Following consultation with Santa Claus and his ‘Mapping Department’, Helen has been given the go ahead to provide access to the North Pole Mapping Database. Access will be available to all Parents and guardians between now and Christmas Eve!

“What a wonderful idea! Boys and girls can now enjoy the very maps that I use myself on Christmas Eve.” -Santa Claus

The Children’s Health Foundation have agreed with the three Children’s Hospitals; Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght Hospital, that each child that is in hospital on Christmas Eve will receive a personalised Map. We at North Pole Mapping Agency are so excited to be able to donate to such a good cause.

Helen explains how the novel idea for her business came about:

As a mother of two young children Christmas is a fun (and busy) time in our home. However, last Christmas my six-year-old asked me a question that I wasn’t ready for! We had just recently moved house and amidst all the settling in, there was one question on her worried little mind:

“How will Santa Claus find me now?” she finally asked.

Thanks to some good old Mammy quick-thinking, I pulled a brilliant answer out of nowhere.

“Don’t you know about Santa’s map department?” I chanced.

I could tell she was mulling it over, and so not wasting a second I continued:

“It’s called “The North Pole Mapping Agency”

and I’ve just sent them a letter this morning to ask them to update their Santa Map Database for you and your brother. The relief on her face was visible. At that moment “The North Pole Mapping Agency” was born.

After considerable consultation with Santa Claus and having received his approval to de-classify his once top-secret Santa Maps; The North Pole Mapping Agency can now make them available to all the boys and girls in Ireland. Santa informs us there are in the region of 900,000 children aged 0 to 10 years in Ireland. Never, have children been able to enjoy the very same maps that Santa Claus himself uses to find them on Christmas Eve night.

We have worked tirelessly to bring this to fruition says Helen and the outcome is amazing. We are so excited that for the first time ever, Mums and Dads can go on to our ‘child friendly’ website and read all about the mapping department and purchase an instant digital download for home printing. Our elves at the North Pole have designed four different map styles to choose from; and they are all personalised for every boy and girl. Santa Maps will display your child’s name and address beside a map showing your exact location and the North Pole Mapping Agency official logo as well as being signed by Santa Claus himself.
