Alex Dunne is the little Rathnew boy who really is one of a kind. The youngster was born with a rare genetic condition known as periventricular Leukomalacia (PVL) along with 2 genetic deletions and a sensory processing disorder.
Doted on by his brother Ryan, Sister Ella and parents Cliona and Dave, he is taking on the fight of his life at a tender 3 years of age.
Alex’s dad Dave has made the difficult decision to give up a job he loves in order to become Alex’s full time carer as his condition progresses and he needs more care.
In order to raise the funds needed to get him the physiotherapy and speech therapy he needs, along with making modifications to his home, his friends, family and community have come together to entertain you with a Valentines themed Night of music, entertainment and super prizes.
Friday 24th February – 8pm @ Fitzpatricks Bar, Wicklow Town.
