Shillelagh notes week April 3rd

Shillelagh Tidy Towns

We have had a very good start to the year getting the village tidy and collecting rubbish on the approach roads.

For the spring/summer We will  meet each Thursday at 6:30 PM at the playground car park. It’s a great way to get active and meet some new people.

All are welcome.

Saturday the 15th of April 

Interested individuals, gardeners and non-gardeners, members of Tidy Towns groups and Residents Associations are invited to this free workshop to explore small steps that we can all take to promote wildlife in our local areas. 

The event will be from 10.00am to 1.30pm with a light lunch provided. The Tearmann garden is located in the grounds of the Lalor Centre, Eircode W91 XW57. Let me know if there are any questions. Email eao@wicklowcoco.ie to book.

Shillelagh Coolboy GAA Easter Camp

Shillelagh Coolboy Easter Camp run by GDO Jackie Kinch and her student coaches for u7/9/11/13s. Friday 14th April in the Fairgreen from 10am to 2.30pm. Please contact any juvenile coach for details.

Shillelagh Coolboy GAA Kelloggs Cul Camps   

Shillelagh Coolboy GAA will host a Kelloggs Cul Camp again this year.  This is an action packed fun-filled week of activities  during the summer holidays from the 21st August to the 25th August.,which is now open for booking for primary school  children from the age of  6 to 13. Gravel Kickers with Jimmy continues every Thursday and Tuesday at 7pm on the Fairgreen.
