County Wicklow along with nine other counties on the eastern side of the the country have been included in a Status Yellow Wind Warning on Tuesday.
Strong westerly winds with very strong gusts expected for a short time Tuesday evening, causing some disruption.
The warning is valid from 5pm until 9pm.

Heavy showers will become isolated tonight with long clear spells developing. Lowest temperatures of zero degrees in the north to plus 4 degrees in the south, in mostly light southwesterly or variable winds.
TOMORROW – Tuesday 11th April
Tomorrow, Tuesday, will start out with widespread showers, some heavy. More persistent rain will develop in the southwest in the afternoon and extend north-eastwards. A clearance will follow from the west in the early evening. Highest temperatures will range from 7 to 10 degrees in light to moderate southwest to south winds, increasing fresh to strong westerly in the evening, with very strong winds in the south and east.
