A fire at the now vacant Darcy Magees premises and adjoining apartment building on Arklows Main Street is currently being attended by the Fire Service.
It is unclear as to the source of the fire at present. The area has been cordoned off and Emergency Services remain at the scene.
No casualties have been reported.
