Check out our top 3 Vegan Venues around Wicklow Town

LeMarche Mussaka

A quick drive through Wicklow Town would have you believe that tourists and townsfolk alike are restricted to a diet of coffee, cakes and chips. However, once the car is safely parked and the meter fed, there are in fact vegan options galore in the up and coming seaside town.

Le Marche, the Lebanese restaurant with the curiously French name is located on the right hand side of the road as you enter the Town from the North or West side of the County. They have a decent selection of vegan options for light Lebanese lunches. Fresh and fast, they have some great options suitable for food on the go or a quick lunch pit stop. They are currently closed on Mondays but do check their site directly for updates to this.

The Brass Fox located just over the bridge at the Murrough, is somewhat of a hidden gem when it comes to Vegan eats. They hands down and quite unexpectedly have the largest vegan selection in town making it a great choice for casual bites with a group. All of the usual suspects are available and with 6 starters and 5 main courses to choose from before you even consider dessert, it’s bound to be a real crowd pleaser. They are open 7 days a week from 12pm for lunch and dinner with food service running until 9pm Sunday – Thursday and 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

There are plenty of outdoor seats along with a heated outdoor terrace
