On Friday, Wicklow Fine Gael Minister Simon Harris visited St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School in Bray to present Science Foundation Ireland’s Curious Minds Award to the school. Minister Harris met with the school principal Scott Vance and students to present a Gold award.
Minister Harris said, “I am delighted to present this award to St. Peter’s, which recognises the school’s effort and commitment to promoting science, technology, engineering and maths among their students. Fostering an interest in science is so important and I am always pleased to see school’s going the extra mile and taking on innovative initiatives to improve their students’ educational experience.”
