After 17 years of dereliction and numerous discussions surrounding ‘what next for the Old DELL site’, seeing some action on the site would be welcomed.
It remains to be seen what will occupy the high visibility site next. For the time being, the submission lodged includes levelling of the building and securing the perimeter.
