Following Silverstream nursing homes’ sponsorship of jerseys for two of the under age Donard Camogie teams, the teams dropped in to treat the residents to a ‘skills and drills’ display. Both the under 8 and under 10 teams were very enthusiastic as they showed off their skills and chatted with the residents of the Dunlavin nursing home.
The players, coaches and parents were welcomed by the CEO of Silverstream Nursing Homes Mr Tom Finn on the day. The visitirs expressed their gratitude for the sponsorship saying it was a massive boost to the club.
