It came as a shock to the Baltinglass community when popular local takeaway ‘Fulvios’ wasn’t open as usual last week.
Going straight to the local online forum to find answers, it quickly became evident that Fulvios had served their last chips as forum members shared proprietor Fulvio Pellegrini’s closing statement.
Expressing his deepest gratitude to customers, staff and the local community for their warm welcome, support and many memories over the 20 odd years he has been running Fulvios, he advised of ‘future developments on the horizon.’ Although he says he will share the developments soon, in the meantime, there remains an air of mystery and suspense to his sign off.
Comments flooded in wishing Fulvio and his family well with one customer even asking for the secret tacos chips recipe!
Fulvios closed their doors last Sunday, 23rd July. We await updates as to the next adventure for Fulvio!
