Met Éireann predict a warm weekend ahead

Met Éireann predict that this weekend will be “very warm for this time of year” with highs of 23C.

While it’s been very touch-and-go, weather-wise, the last few days, Met Éireann are reporting that this weekend is going to be unusually warm for the time of year.

And no doubt the news of an Indian Summer will be welcomed by many.

So if you didn’t make it down to the beach during the summer or you didn’t quite hit your BBQ quota for the year – this weekend might be your last chance to right those wrongs in 2023.

However, we’ve still got some dull and wet days ahead before we can think of firing up the BBQ, with patches of rain and drizzle predicted on both Thursday and Friday.

So, with only a few days left before Summer 2.0, you’ve got just enough time to plan for the warm weekend ahead.
