People from all across Ireland march in Dublin in support of Palestinians

Protestors from all over Ireland gathered today to march in Dublin in a show of solidarity with the people of Palestine following a week of intense violence in the Gaza Strip.

The protestors gathered at The Garden of Remembrance before marching through Dublin waving Palestinian flags and banners.

Thousands of innocent Palestinians have been murdered in Israeli strikes in retaliation for a horrific attack by the terrorist organisation Hamas on innocent Israeli citizens on October 7th.

The Chairwoman of he Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Zoe Lawlor, said “Take this immense energy and solidarity and channel it into action”

“There must be an immediate ceasefire, the illegal siege of Gaza must be lifted and humanitarian aid allowed in.”

One attendee from Greystones, Co. Wicklow, said “We have to use our voices as much as we can. We might feel powerless but speaking up is the only way we can make some kind of a difference.”
