The annual Irish Customer Experience report has shown a massive fall from grace for Ireland’s national broadcaster.
RTÉ has been reported as one of the most unpopular and distrusted companies in Ireland by Irish Customer Experience Report.
The National Broadcaster’s customer experience score has dropped by 17% and it’s trust score has fallen by 25%. The Irish Examiner published the results of the report today (Tuesday 3rd Oct) and have stated that the Ryan Tubridy scandal is largely the cause of the company’s fall from grace, but issues with the RTÉ Player and constant repeats are also to blame.
NCT, Amazon, and Ticketmaster all saw their scores drop significantly in the report,
However, it’s not all bad news for Irish companies, as Credit Unions have come out on top of the list of companies for customer experience for the ninth year in a row. They were followed by Power City, Smyths Toys, and Specsavers.
