Train commuters to expect lengthy delays due to Storm Debi

Ianrod Éireann have imposed a nationwide speed restriction of 80km/h due to Storm Debi.

Public transport has been greatly affected by Storm Debi in the last few hours, with massive delays to bus services nationwide and luas services in Dublin city.

Ianrod Éireann announced today that a speed restriction of 80km/h (50m/h) would be in place throughout the course of the storm, which will cause delays to all rail services throughout the country.
