Carl Dempsey of Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow, passed away on Búcán Mountain, Maamturks, Co. Galway on 11th September, 2021. Dearly loved husband of Lorraine, devoted Dad of Rianna, Sadhbh, Freya and Hannah, much loved son of Gerry and Rose, amigo and brother of Brendan and Hazel, fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law Ciara, Nadia and Laura-Jane, brothers-in-law Bobby, Fergus and Alan, mother-in-law Kay Belmajdoub, nieces, nephews, godchild Martha, relatives, Salesforce Ohana and a wide circle of adventurers and friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Bray on Wednesday (15th September) from 3.00pm to 5.00pm followed by removal to his home where he will repose from 7.00pm. Walking from his home on Thursday (16th September) at 10.30am to St. Mochonog’s Church, Kilmacanogue, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. To honour Carl’s character, it is requested that those attending his funeral wear colourful, casual clothing.
