| COWAN Helen (Née Macartney) (Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim) – January 24, 2020, after a long illness, borne with great courage and dignity. Beloved wife and best friend of Ray, loving mother of Julie, Karen, Andrew and Jenny and to their partners Ian, Patrik, Caroline and Josh, cherished Nana of Daniel, Shane and Amy, Mia, Axel, Tova and Viggo, Isabel and Isaac, Gus and Alfie. Fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and wide circle of friends. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Wednesday evening (Jan.29) from 8.00pm to 9.30pm, with prayers at 9.00pm. A Celebration of Helen’s Life will be held in Greystones Presbyterian Church, Trafalgar Road on Thursday (Jan.30) at 11.00am followed by burial in Redford Cemetery, The Grove, Greystones. Helen has requested a celebration with colour and happy smiles. Family flowers only please.
