Retired Sergeant of the United States Army. Late of Slieve-na-Vode, Avoca, Co Wicklow & formerly of Cloonagh, Milltown, Co Galway. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family & in the tender care of Asgard Lodge Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Teresa, adored father of Seán, Bríd, Mary, Margaret, Joe, Therese, Gemma, Sandra & James & much loved brother of Mary, Kathleen & the late Una, Henry, Margaret & Michael. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Sinéad, Eric, Lauren, Dylan, Cameron, Jack, Kate, Sophie, Isabella, Adam, James, Liam & Emily, sisters, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday.
Removal on Monday morning at 10.15am to St.’s Mary & Patrick’s Church, Avoca, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the church webcam
