The death has occurred of John Kavanagh, formerly of Wicklow Town, Kilmacanogue, Gorey and Kilpedder. January 23rd, 2021. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Shannagh Bay Nursing Home, Bray. Sadly missed by his loving wife Deirdre, sons and daughters Colin, Shaun, Brian, Mark, Susanne, Barry, Elizabeth and Stephen, grandchildren Ivan, Peadar, Violet, Tadhg, Ruadhan, Lilly, Rory, Jack and Sean, brothers Michael and Billy, extended family and friends.
Reposing at Thomas Murphy and Sons Funeral Home, Boghall Road, Bray on Tuesday evening, January 26th, from 6pm to 7pm. Please be mindful of social distancing and wear face coverings at all times. Due to government restrictions a small family funeral will take place on Wednesday at 12 noon in The Holy Rosary Church, Greystones followed by interment in St. Mochonog’s Cemetery, Kilmacanogue.
