Kathleen Hammond (née Lennon) Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Dagenham, Essex, died on Tuesday, 9th February 2021, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Much loved Mother of Kim, Wanda & Sean. Cherished grandmother of Kirk, Jade & Isaac.Beloved daughter of the late Stella Lennon and Sister to siblings Bridie, Maureen, Tom, & John.She will be sadly missed by all her family and their partners, her friends and her wonderful neighbours in Oldcourt.
