Sweeney (née Farrell) The Avenue, Meadow Vale, Arklow and formerly of The Liberties, Dublin, 26th February 2022, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin. Martha beloved mother of Paul, Sandra and Garry, adored nana of Paul, Sam, Isabel, Zoe and Leo, dearly loved sister of Robert, Arthur, Stephen and the late Annie, Vera and Theresa. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law Gary, daughters-in-law Gráinne and Yvonne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends, neighbours and the staff at Knockrobin Hill Care Home, Wicklow, who showed so much love and care for Martha.

Martha will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home from 5pm-7pm on Monday, with removal Tuesday morning at 9.30am to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow (walking via Connolly Street and St. Mary’s Road) arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
