Coates, Kilpatrick, Redcross, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Harold’s Cross, Dublin 8, 27th November 2022 peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in the tender care of the staff at Knockrobin Care Home. Richard loving husband of the late Carmel (née Murphy) and dearly loved father of Rachel, Richard, June, Carmel and the late Reggie. He will be sadly missed by his loving son, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandchildren Richie, Reggie, Lisa, Jenny, Nikita, Alanna, Diarmuid, Fionn, Patrick, Gregory, Dean, Shelby, Peaches and their partners, great granddaughter Olivia, sons-in-law Patrick & Conall, daughter-in-law Charleem, Rachel’s partner William, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Richard will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home, Arklow (Y14 PT80) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey, Arklow, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow (walking from Lamberton).
